Due to the natural lash shedding cycle — where 3–5 natural lashes shed daily — significant fullness is typically lost by this point. To qualify for a Four-Week Fill appointment, a minimum of 30% of your lash extensions must still be intact. If less than 30% remain, a full set will be required. This extended fill appointment allows additional time to carefully rebuild your lash set while maintaining the health of your natural lashes.
